I was reading another thread and it gots me thinking. What do the Eidolons prefer? Big Flocks or little Flocks of people to get missions for? I know the Native Eidolons have a few followers mainly Ant, Serpent and Jaguar (no Coyote ) however the Eidolons don't seem to have any shortage of things to do (and they can find us which is a big bonus). Other churchs seem to have small dedicated groups of followers going like the Huntress but there are other Churchs (like the Weaver) who have alot of followers but the very little to do (on the face of it). So which do you prefer a large variety of people from differing groups that allow you to have many fingers in many pies (or not considering...) or a small motivated group of devoted that actually know what your talking about what you have a mission saying "help"

To be honest, both.
I enjoy being part of a large, versatile church with many followers in many different colonies. I like the way that parts of my church are in almost perpetual conflict with other parts of my church. It's a challenge, and it keeps the vengeance flowing.
However, I am also extremely grateful for the small collection of followers who are genuinely helpful to me. The ones that keep me informed, give me shiny toys, and even just give me a quiet place to sit down in.
It's good that the church is large enough to do things that I don't know about, and to have a certain amount of conflict with me (I am physically and politically dangerous, apparently). That provides the conflict and challenges that keep the game interesting. It's also good that I have small groups I can go to when I need them, it keeps the game comfortable and achievable!

Nobody follows me, though I am considered to be not entirely a nuisance in some circles. However, for the most part I am treated with roughly the same respect and admiration as almost all idleones, ie "here's another bloody eidolon, what do you want this time?" It would be lovely to be treated as some kind of divine messenger, but in lieu of that i'll settle for any attitude less than contempt! It isn't all bad though, some believers treat me to freebies, and I see a much wider cross-section of the populace than I ever did when I was playing a mortal. I love it. If all else fails, I just sit and juggle, encouraging folk to get involved and outshine my skills in moments. Wouldn't have it any other way.
